Shipping Policy


Where do we deliver ?
We deliver all over India. We are committed to deliver your orders in good condition and in a reasonable amount of time.

Metros
Our shipping policy for orders from Indian metros is to delivery within 3 to 7 business days of the order being confirmed.

Non Metros
For delivery in non-metros, you can expect our delivery to reach you within 3 to 10 days of the order being confirmed.
We ship on all week days from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on public holidays.

Mode of Shipment
We ship most of our orders through reputed courier agencies. In cases where the order is from a remote area of the country where courier companies do not operate, we would use other modes like India Post etc.

Damaged Delivery
In cases where your products gets damaged during shipment, kindly do not accept the order and make sure to call our customer support (+91 9958880224) or email us at support@healthkosh.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure that a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.

You can track the shipping status on our website by calling us on +91 9910228866 during 11 to 5 pm (Monday to Saturday).

Does HealthKosh deliver internationally ?
Unfortunately, at present HealthKosh does not deliver internationally. Although, one can make purchases online from outside India, the delivered address has to be in India.

What are the delivery charges ?
Free shipping is available on all order above Rs 1999 /-. For orders below that, extra charge of Rs 99 /- for Cash on Delivery and of Rs 49 /- for online payment will have to be borne by the customer.
